This vegan cauliflower steak recipe is both delicious and filling!
Serve as a main, or as a side.
|Olive oil||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped garlic||4 Clove (20 gm)|
|Red chili flakes||1 Tablespoon (adjust for desired level of spice)|
|Ground sea salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Green onion||1 Large , chopped|
Preheat oven to 400F.
Slice and arrange cauliflower as steaks in a baking dish as shown in the video.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red chilli flakes, sea salt, black pepper, green onion and mix well.
Coat steaks with half of mixture and pop into oven.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Flip the steaks, coat with remaining mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
