Whole Roasted Cauliflower

Whole roasted cauliflower recipe. It's a delicious, healthy, low-carb side dish. Perfect for paleo diet, primal diet and gluten-free!

Ingredients

Cauliflower head 1 , cut as shown in the video ((1
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Fresh chopped parsley/Cilantro 2 Tablespoon
Grainy mustard 1 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat oven to 450°F.

 

MAKING:

Rub cauliflower head with oil and sprinkle salt over it.

Place on skillet and pop into oven.

Bake for 45-60 minutes.

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, mustard and mix well.

Pour over hot cauliflower and allow to rest for a while.

Cut into quarters before serving.
