Whole roasted cauliflower recipe. It's a delicious, healthy, low-carb side dish. Perfect for paleo diet, primal diet and gluten-free!
|Cauliflower head||1 , cut as shown in the video ((1|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh chopped parsley/Cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
|Grainy mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Rub cauliflower head with oil and sprinkle salt over it.
Place on skillet and pop into oven.
Bake for 45-60 minutes.
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, mustard and mix well.
Pour over hot cauliflower and allow to rest for a while.
Cut into quarters before serving.
Serve and enjoy!
