I don't like cooked Cauliflower much, but when I prepared it for the grill I was amazed at how good it was! Thought I would share with you how easy this is to prepare.
Cauliflower | 1 | |
Canola oil | 3 Tablespoon (For brushing the cauliflower) | |
Sesame salt | To Taste | |
Coarse ground black pepper | To Taste |
GETTING READY
1. Slice the cauliflower lengthwise as shown in the video.
2. Prepare the grill for cooking.
MAKING
3. Brush the cauliflower with oil on both sides.
4. Season with salt and coarse black pepper uniformly.
5. Grill the cauliflowers on both both sides over the grill until caramelisation appears.
SERVING
6. Serve it on the platter. Enjoy!
