Simple Hamburger Casserole

Hamburger Casserole is a tasty and filling meat preparation that is perfect for your dinner parties or even an informal get together at home. I am sure you will get hooked to this Hamburger Casserole recipe.


Hamburger 1 Pound
Onion 1 Small , chopped
Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cream of mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chow mein noodles 1 Can (10 oz)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste


Fry hamburger and chopped onion in a small amount of shortening; add rice, soups, water, salt and pepper.

Put in baking dish; sprinkle noodles on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, adding more water, if needed
