Mixed Bean Casserole with Ham

Ingredients

Chopped cooked ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Cooked kidney beans/15 ounce can canned kidney beans 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cooked white beans/16 ounce can canned cannellini beans 2 Cup (32 tbs) (small size)
Cooked garbanzos/20 ounce canned garbanzos 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Dry white wine 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Dark brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
Catsup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper To Taste
Ground cloves To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

MAKING

2. In a skillet add oil and saute onion, gralic and ham. Cook till soft.

3. In a bowl mix the rest of the ingredients.

4. Pour the mixture oven bean and ham mixture.

5. Toss very gently.

6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.

SERVING

7. Serve mixed bean casserole with ham with salad.
