Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

Spinach noodles 1/2 Pound
Plain low fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Raisins 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , soaked in rum
Slivered almonds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Preheat oven to 350° F.

MAKING

2) Take a saucepan and cook noodles in it. Drain and set aside.

3) Add all the other ingredients and toss nicely.

4) Put the mixture in a casserole and bake for about 20 minutes or until mixture becomes bubbling hot.

SERVING

5) Serve alongside baked ham, if desired.
