Beef and Noodles Casserole

Ingredients

Ground beef mix 2 Cup (32 tbs) , thawed
Cooked narrow egg noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Mixed vegetables 8 1/2 Ounce , drained (1 Can)
Shredded cheddar cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
Dried parsley flakes 1/2 Teaspoon
Ingredients for the ground beef mix
Ground beef mix 3 Cup (48 tbs) , thawed
Cream of mushroom soup 10 3/4 Ounce , undiluted (1 Can)
Sliced mushrooms 8 Ounce , undrained (2 Can, 4 Ounce Each)
Commercial sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)

Directions

MAKING

1. Mix the ground beef mix with egg noodles, mixed vegetables and pour into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley and bake for 15 minutes at 350°

SERVING

2. Serve hot

TIP

Prepare the beef mix by combining onion, garlic and celery and saute till done. Reduce heat and simmer again for 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and cook again for 5 minutes.
