Homemade Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

Minute rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
Cheese whiz/1/2 cup cheese, shredded 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Onion 1 Small , minced
Leftover chicken 2 Cup (32 tbs) , chopped
Frozen broccoli 20 Ounce , chopped (2 Packages)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 350° F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients.

3. Grease a baking dish with butter.

MAKING

4. In the greased dish, spread the mixture and top with buttered cornflakes.

5. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.

SERVING

6. Serve immediately.
