Ingredients

Frozen broccoli spears 20 Ounce (2 Packages,10
Whole chicken breasts 2 Pound , boned, skinned and halved (2 Breasts)
Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 21 1/2 Ounce , condensed (2 Cans, 10
Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Curry powder 1/2 Teaspoon (Optional)
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Soft bread crumbs 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Pierce broccoli package and thaw partially by heating for 4 ½ minutes.

2. In a bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder, if desired.

MAKING

3. In a 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, place the chicken.

4. Cover the chicken with wax paper.

5. Cook for 7 minutes.

6. Remove chicken and slice.

7. In the same dish, arrange broccoli at the bottom and top with sliced.

8. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken.

9. Cover the dish with plastic wrap.

10. Cook for 5 minutes.

11. Uncover and sprinkle cheese on top.

12. In a 1-cup measure, take bread crumbs and add butter or margarine; mix well.

13. Top the dish with bread crumb mixture.

14. Brown for 4 minutes.

SERVING

15. Serve hot.
