Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients

Mushrooms 1 Pound (Medium Size)
Marjoram 1 Tablespoon , chopped
Chives 1 Teaspoon , minced
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Butter/Margarine 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , melted
Chicken bouillon 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dry white wine 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Place mushrooms in a colander and wash them thoroughly to remove surface grit.

2. Drain and pat them dry.

MAKING

3. In a slow-cooker or a crock pot combine the mushrooms with the remaining ingredients.

4. Stir well to mix.

5. Cover the pot with its lid

6. Slow cook the mushrooms on HIGH for about 1 hour or if you are not in a hurry, cook on LOW for about 3 hours.

SERVING

7. Spoon into a serving dish and serve hot as a side dish
