Chicken And Rice Casserole

A super easy and delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole. This would make a great dinner with a green salad and vegetable.


Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Arborio or regular white rice)
Boneless skinless chicken breasts 2
Dry onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 package)
Cream of mushroom soup 14 Ounce (1 can)
Roughly chopped onion 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Chopped mushrooms 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Cooking spray 1



Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease casserole dish with cooking spray.


Sprinkle rice into greased casserole dish and place chicken breast over it.

Sprinkle onions, mushrooms and spinach over it.

In a large bowl, combine water, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, pepper, salt and whisk well.

Pour over casserole and cover with aluminium foil.

Pop into oven and cook for 1-1 hours.


Serve warm and enjoy!
