How to Make Cashew Cream

When making cashew cream you want to be sure to use raw cashews rather than roasted cashews. Not only are raw cashews healthier, they have a very delicate and ever so mildly sweet flavor, making them a perfect substitute for dairy cream.


Raw cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)



1. In a vitamix blender, put the cashews and pour in the water.

2. Blend the cashew at high speed for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth.


3. Use the cashew cream as desired.
