Maple Brown Butter Glazed Carrots

These Maple Brown Butter Glazed Carrots make for a really great side dish for a special dinner or for Thanksgiving. If you want to make more carrots than can fit in a pan, you can also roast the carrots.


Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
Organic carrots 6 , greens snipped, washed (1 bunch, uniformly sized)
Pure maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
Slivered almonds 3 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Pinch



1. Heat up a large skillet over medium heat, and melt the butter. Stir frequently and cook for a few minutes or until it turns golden brown nutty color.

2. Immediately add the carrots to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.

3. Add maple syrup, almonds and salt. Cook for another 3-5 minutes or until fork tender.


4. Serve and enjoy!
