Minced Pork & Carrots Rice

I call this recipe: The Easy Lazy Rice Dish, because it really is a simply meal can be done with a little effort and time.

Ingredients

Minced pork 150 Gram
Carrots 2 Medium (Thinly Sliced)
Carrots 2 Medium , thinly sliced
Wood ears 30 Gram (Cut Into Strips)
Wood ears 30 Gram , soak in warm water till soft, then cut into strips; (Dry Black Fun)
Ginger 1 Teaspoon (Minced)
Minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
Light soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Chinese rice wine 1 Teaspoon
Salt 3 Teaspoon
Onions spring 2 (Chopped)
Spring onions 2 , chopped
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Rice 500 Gram (Pre

Directions

1. Heat 2tbsp oil in a wok;

2. Stir fry 1tsp ginger for a few seconds;

3. Add minced pork to stir fry until it turn to grey;

4. Mix the soy sauce, Chinese rice wine and 1tsp salt into the wok;

5. Add carrots and wood ears into the wok, stir fry for 1 minute;

6. Add the rest of salt;

7. Pour the minced pork mixture into the rice cooker, and wait till it is done;

8. Top up the rice dish with spring onions and serve.
