Minced Pork and Carrots Rice

Minced pork 150 Gram
Carrots 2 Medium , thinly sliced

Wood ears 30 Gram (Cut Into Strips)
Wood ears 30 Gram , soak in warm water till soft, then cut into strips (Dry Black Fun)
Ginger 1 Teaspoon (Minced)
Minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
Light soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Chinese rice wine 1 Teaspoon
Salt 3 Teaspoon
Spring onions 2 , chopped

Oil 2 Tablespoon

1. Heat 2tbsp oil in a wok

2. Stir fry 1tsp ginger for a few seconds

3. Add minced pork to stir fry until it turn to grey

4. Mix the soy sauce, Chinese rice wine and 1tsp salt into the wok

5. Add carrots and wood ears into the wok, stir fry for 1 minute

6. Add the rest of salt

7. Pour the minced pork mixture into the rice cooker, and wait till it is done

8. Top up the rice dish with spring onions and serve.
