How To Make Roasted Carrots - Cheap Eats

Carrots are a super inexpensive side dish to make. These carrots are simply roasted and then finished with a sweet buttery and sweet sauce.


Carrots 1 Pound
Vegetable oil 1 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Butter 3 Tablespoon



Preheat oven to 350°F.



Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt over carrots.

Place on baking tray and pop into oven.

Bake for 20-30 minutes.

In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar and mix well.

Pour over hot sauce over carrots.



Serve and enjoy!
