Wegmans Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken Breast and Mango and Cashew Salad

Our chefs developed the marinade for this Wegmans family favorite, and Wegmans Executive Chef Mark Makovec grills it up and serves it with a fruity, nutty salsa. Great tasting with flavor that pops.

9. Serve the Grilled Jamaican Jerk Chicken Breast with the warmed sauce spooned on top and the Mango and Cashew Salad on the side.
