Ingredients

Ice cubes 4
Fresh limes 1/2 , juiced
Fresh orange/Unsweetened orange juice 4 tablespoons, canned
Angostura bitters 2 Drop
Sugar/Sugar syrup 1 Teaspoon
White rum/Golden rum 2 Ounce (2 Parts)
Soda water 3 Ounce (3 Parts)
Lime slice/Lemon slice 1 (Fresh)
Fresh mint sprigs 1

Directions

MAKING

1. Put the ice cubes into a highball glass.

2. Pour in the fruit juices and shake the bitters over the ice.

3. Add the sugar and rum; stir gently.

SERVING

4. Top each glass the soda and garnish with fresh fruit and serve.
