For salad:

Jerk seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Spring mix lettuce 6 Ounce
Pumpkin seeds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (pepitas)
Toasted shredded coconut 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Red onion 1/2 Small , sliced thin
Mango 1 , peeled and chopped
Queso fresco 2 Ounce , crumbled
Avocado 1 , sliced
For vinaigrette:
Chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
