|Boneless, skinless chicken breast||1 Pound , cut as shown in the video (2 half|
|Dry mustard powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Ground allspice/Cinnamon /cloves||1/8 Teaspoon|
|Mangoes||2 , cut into " cubes for about 2 cups|
|Green onions||2 , sliced thinly|
|Jalapeno||1 , diced, seeded for less heat|
|Diced radishes/Cucumber||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped cilantro/Basil /mint||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, mustard powder, allspice and mix well.
Sprinkle over chicken meat and set aside.
Heat a skillet and melt butter in it. Add oil and place the chicken pieces with thickest partsin the center.
Flip the chicken after 2 minutes.
Once cooked remove from the pan.
For mango salsa, combine mango, green onions, jalapeno, radishes, cilantro, lime juice and toss well.
Serve chicken with mango salsa and enjoy!
