Jamaican Jerk Chicken Legs - Easy Jerk Chicken Recipe On The Weber Grill

Throw this marinade on some bone in chicken for about 5 hours for some really good chicken! This recipe does about 10lbs of legs/thighs. I hope you give this one a try!


Chicken thigh 10 Pound
For marinade
Onion 1/2
Garlic cloves 4
Green onion 4
Habanero 3
Thyme 1 Tablespoon
Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
Black peppercorn 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Allspice 1 Teaspoon
White vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Ginger piece 1
Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
Soy sauce To Taste (as needed)



1. In blender, place all the marinade ingredients and blend well.

2. Into a zipper bag, transfer the blended mixture, add chicken, seal the bag and place in fridge for 5 hours.

3. Preheat the smoker.


4. Place chicken on grill and cook until done, rotate after every 20-25 minutes.


5. Serve hot and enjoy!
