Jerk Chicken - Jamaican Jerk Spiced Chicken Cooked in a Spicy Marinade

Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Thyme, Lemon Lime Juice, Pimento spice, peppercorns, cinnamon, clove, coriander, cumin, vinegar and soya sauce are all blended to perfection to make this delicious and spicy jerk sauce, perfect to marinate chicken, fish or meat. In this video Chicken drumsticks are marinated in this delicious sauce and grilled.

Ingredients

Jerk sauce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Chicken leg 4 Pound , skinned and washed

Directions

MAKING

1. Prepare the jerk sauce.

2. Make cuts all over the chicken legs. Pour the jerk sauce over the chicken and marinate overnight.

3. Barbecue the chicken until done.

 

SERVING

4. Enjoy the chicken all by themselves or some rice.
