Betty's Cream Cheese Candy for Christmas

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Cream Cheese Candy for Christmas. This is an easy, never-fail recipe that is bright, colorful, and delicious!


Cream cheese 3 Ounce , softened
Peppermint extract 1/4 Teaspoon
Confectioners sugar 3 Cup (48 tbs) , divided
Food color 4 Drop (green and red (preferably gel



1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peppermint extract and 1 ½ cups of sugar.

2. Slowly stir or knead in the remaining sugar until mixture is smooth.

3. Divide into 3 equal parts and place each part in a small bowl.

4. To one bowl, add green food coloring. To another bowl, add red food coloring. Leave the third bowl white.

5. Shape each bowl of candy mixture into ½ -¾ inch balls. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour to set. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.


6. Serve and enjoy!
