Home made Marshmallow Fondant. Fast and easy to make. Very inexpensive to make. A hit with the family.

Marshmallows 16 Ounce
Water 3 Tablespoon
Powdered sugar 2 Pound
Food coloring 3 Drop (Optional)
For dusting
Powdered sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. In a large mixing bowl add in the marshmallows and water. Microwave for 30 seconds on high.

2. Take out the bowl from the microwave and mix for few minutes.

3. Stir in ½ pound of powdered sugar and mix well. Gradually add in the remaining sugar until mixture reaches up to a dough consistency.

4. Grease hands with fresco and place reserve sugar over the counter. Place the marshmallow dough and knead with hands. Keep adding the sugar over the dough, so that dough doesn’t get sticky.

5. Roll into a ¼ inch thick fondant with rolling pin.

6. Place the fondant over the pumpkin cake and tuck in. Slice the excess fondant with knife and brush off the extra sugar with pastry brush. Decorate the cake with food color gel.

7. Slice the cake and serve as dessert.

If you want to make colored fondant then add in 3 drops of any food color while kneading the dough.
