DIY Gummy Eyeballs for a gross Halloween treat (or trick?) Just a few ingredients and a spherical ice mold to make these slimy jelly eyeballs!
Blueberries | 4 | |
Gelatin envelope | 3 (((plain))) | |
Cherry juice | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Coconut milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (((as needed))) |
MAKING:
1.In a large bowl, pour cherry juice and add one packet of gelatin over it.
2.Allow to sit for 5 minutes and add cup of boiling water to it. Stir until smooth.
3.Assemble as shown in the video.
4.In another bowl, combine coconut milk, sugar and remaining gelatin.
5.Stir well and allow to sit for 5 minutes.
6.Add cup of boiling water and stir until smooth.
7.Pour the mixture over blueberry layer, filling mold as shown in the video.
8.Press top and chill for 1 hour or until set.
9.Remove from mold once set.
SERVING:

TIP:
Cherry gelatin can be broken up and made as a base.
