|Sweetened flaked coconut||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Strawberry jello packet||12 Ounce (sugar variety)|
|Red sugar crystals||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (use as required)|
In a medium-sized bowl, stir together pecans, sweetened condensed milk, coconut, and dry Jello mix.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
Form into balls and then shape into strawberries. Roll in red sugar crystals.
Put slices of almonds for stems, if desired. This candy should be refrigerated, in order for pieces to keep their shape.
