Creepy White Chocolate Halloween Mice
These creepy yet delicious mice and covered in white chocolate and have a gummy center for a maximum gross factor.
Ingredients
| White chocolate | 4 Ounce | |
| Softened cream cheese | 4 Ounce ((at room temperature)) | |
| Cookie crumbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
| White candy melts/White chocolate | 4 Ounce | |
| Gummy candies | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Red candies | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((for eyes)) | |
| Oatmeal | 1 Teaspoon ((for ears)) | |
| Oil | 2 Teaspoon |
Directions
GETTING READY:
Melt chocolate using double boiler method.
In a bowl, combine melted chocolate, cream cheese and mix well.
Add cookie crumbs and mix well.
Cover and chill in refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
MAKING:
Divide the mixture and roll after inserting gummy candy.
Skewer and shape into mouse as shown in the video.
Add oil with chocolate and drop over mouse to coat well.
Insert tail, eyes, ears and make other details as shown in the video.
