Wacky Chocolate Fudge Cake

For cake
All purpose flour 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Cocoa powder 3 Tablespoon
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
White sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Melted butter 5 Tablespoon
Luke warm water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For fudge sauce
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Icing sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)



1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.


2. In an ungreased square cake pan, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

3. Make 3 wells in the dry ingredients as shown in the video. Pour the vinegar into one well, vanilla into the second, and the melted butter into the third.

4. Slowly cover the cake with the warm water and mix until smooth and bubbly.

5. Pop in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow it to cool.

For Fudge Sauce:

6. In a small saucepan, over medium heat bring brown sugar, butter, and milk to a boil. Stir constantly and let the mixture boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, let cool to room temperature.

7. Add icing sugar and beat until smooth.


8. Pour sauce on cake and refrigerate until fudge topping has set.


9. Slice and serve with a glass of milk.
