Boast Canadian Bacon

Ingredients

Cooked canadian bacon 2 1⁄2 Pound (fully cooked)
Currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
Finely grated orange peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Directions

Remove outer wrap from roll of bacon.

Score in 1 1/2 inch squares, cutting about 1/4 inch deep.

Adjust on spit and put in place over medium hot coals.

Have foil pan under bacon.

Blend remaining ingredients for glaze.

Broil about 1 hour and 15 minutes, brushing with glaze during last 10 to 15 minutes.

Slice and serve.
