Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Potatoes | 8 , sliced for chips | |
Cheese curds | 300 Gram (diced mozzarella) | |
Gravy | 240 Milliliter | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
GETTING READY:
Preheat the oven.
MAKING:
Place potatoes slices on baking tray and drizzle oil over it. Season with salt and pepper.
Pop into oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
In a saucepan, heat the gravy.
Transfer the baked chips to a bowl and add 2/3rd of gravy.
Scatter cheese curds over it and top with more gravy. Season with pepper.
