Homemade Poutine

Barry Lewis shows you how to make Poutine... A food trend that consists of cheese curd on chips and served with gravy. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Potatoes 8 , sliced for chips
Cheese curds 300 Gram (diced mozzarella)
Gravy 240 Milliliter
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat the oven.

MAKING:

Place potatoes slices on baking tray and drizzle oil over it. Season with salt and pepper.

Pop into oven and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.

In a saucepan, heat the gravy.

Transfer the baked chips to a bowl and add 2/3rd of gravy.

Scatter cheese curds over it and top with more gravy. Season with pepper.

SERVING:

Serve and enjoy!
