Oven Baked Poutine Take Out Classics

Today's recipe for Oven Baked Poutine is part of my "Take Out Classics" series featuring easy recipes and ideas for making classic take out dishes quickly and easily at home - and what could be a bigger Take Out Classic (in Canada anyway) than Poutine?


Russet baking potato 4 Large , peeled and cut inti one inch fries
Creole seasoning 1 Tablespoon
Sea salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Gravy mix 1 Packet
Cheese curd/Fresh mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


3. In a large bowl, toss the raw fries in the Creole seasoning and spread on the parchment lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes with a spatula.

5. Meanwhile, prepare your gravy until the potatoes are getting roasted. The gravy should be hot..

6. Sprinkle the hot crispy fires with the cheese curds and pour hot gravy over them.


7. Serve hot.
