Crunchy Pineapple Cake

This crunchy pineapple cake is very easy to make, it is made with biscuits, cream and pineapple, however any fruit of your choice can be used. It is great for kids as well as adults. .


Canned pineapple pieces 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Nice biscuits/Sweet biscuits 16
Orange juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Whipped cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
For the garnish:
Mixed nuts chikki 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) , coarsely crushed
Canned pineapple slices 3 , Cut into 6 pieces



1. Using an electric beater, beat cream until thick and fluffy.

2. Dip 8 biscuits one by one in orange juice and arrange on a plate. Apply the whipped cream and spread it evenly. Sprinkle pineapple all over, apply a thin layer of cream. Arrange another layer of the biscuits and cover entirely with cream.

3. Cover the cake with coarsely crushed chikki . Arrange pineapple pieces on sides.


4. Cut into pieces and serve.
