Easy Pumpkin Cake Roll with Cinnamon Pecan Cream Cheese Filling

Moist, fluffy and sooooo good! Here's how I make my super easy pumpkin cake rolls. They make such a great presentation and the variety of cake rolls are endless. But I must warn you, they are pretty addictive to make AND eat so be careful!


Eggs 3 (at room temperature)
Pumpkin puree 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
White sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Brown sugar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (packed)
All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Pumpkin pie spice 1/2 Teaspoon
For cinnamon pecan cream cheese filling
Cream cheese 8 Ounce
Butter 4 Tablespoon , softened
Powdered sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Cinnamon 1/4 Teaspoon
Pecan pieces 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
