Microwave Chocolate Mocha Cake with Ice Cream

Ingredients

All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Demerara sugar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Rum 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cocoa powder 3 Tablespoon
Mocha powder 2 Tablespoon
Melted butter 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Fresh cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Egg 2 , beaten
Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Vanilla ice cream 500 Milliliter
Hundred thousands 20 Gram

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients.

2. Now, add the cream, melted butter,rum, milk and egg.

3. Whisk rigorously until a smooth batter is formed.

4. Transfer the mixture into a microwave safe glass bowl.

5. Bake in the microwave for 10 minutes. Then let it cool for 10 minutes.

SERVING

6. Make wedges, serve each wedge with a scoop of ice cream. Sprinkle Hundred Thousands over the ice cream.
