Eggless Chocolate Chip Cake

Chocolate chip 100 Gram
All purpose flour 2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)
Melted butter 40 Milliliter
Fresh cream 50 Milliliter
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Baking powder 3/4 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Vanilla powder 1 Teaspoon
Castor sugar 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Milk 100 Milliliter
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)



1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C. Apply butter to the insides of a cake pan.


2. In a mixing bowl, add the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, vanilla powder and sugar. Sift the mixture.

3. Pour in the butter, cream and milk. Using a hand whisk, mix.

4. Slowly, pour in the water till a nice batter consistency is formed. Set aside for 5 minutes.

5. Transfer the mixture into the greased cake pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

6. Remove from oven and let it cool completely.


7. Make slices and serve after a meal or with coffee.
