GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 325 degree F or 165 degree C.
2. Grease a 10x15-inch sheet pan or brownie pan and set aside.
MAKING
3. In a large bowl, cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar.
4. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition.
5. Add vanilla and Mix well.
6. Drop flour to butter mixture and mix to combine.
7. Into the sheet pan, transfer the batter.
8. Pop the pan in oven and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick when inserted in the centre comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cake cool completely.
9. For frosting, in a saucepan, combine sugar and evaporated milk. Place the pan on medium flame and stir until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
10. Add chocolate chips and butter. Stir until melted.
11. Remove pan from flame and allow it to cool.
12. Pour frosting on cake and spread evenly.
SERVING
13. Cut in slices and serve.
