All purpose flour | 1 1/3 Cup (21.33 tbs) | |

Milk | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |

Unsalted butter | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , softened | |

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree.
MAKING
2. In a bowl, add flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Mix well.
3. Then add, milk, vanilla extract, butter, and egg. Blend for about a minute, or until smooth.
4. Scrape down the mixing bowl, and cream beat for another one minute.
5. In a 9-inch baking pan, pour the mixture. Spread it evenly.
6. Put it in oven, and bake for about 25 minutes. Then, take it out of the oven, and allow it to cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
7. After 10 minutes, turn it on to rack and allow it to cool completely.
SERVING
8. Serve butter cake with vanilla icing.
TIPS
Baking might take some more time, depending on your oven.
