|Fresh raspberries||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Raspberry preserves||6 Ounce|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon (As Required)|
|Icing/Frosting||1 Tablespoon (Of Your Choice)|
For the cake base, arrange 9 Fairytale Brownies on a 9" x 9" decorative tray or cake stand in the shape of a square.
Mix 4 cups of raspberries and raspberry preserves together and spread approx. ¾ of filling on arranged brownies.
Select 9 more Fairytale Brownies and place on top of raspberry layer, making sure they fit over the bottom brownies.
Select 4 Fairytale Brownies and center them on top of the cake.
Spread remaining filling on brownies.
Select 4 more Fairytale Brownies and place on top of raspberry layer.
Trim all Fairytale Sprites to ½" thickness (note: cutting brownies works best when they are partially frozen). You will use only the tops for this recipe.
Spread whipped cream on underside of each Fairytale Sprites top and place horizontally, one by one, to surround outside of cake. Repeat process for top of cake.
Decorate border of each brownie with icing or frosting.
Decorate top and corners with remaining 1 cup of raspberries and ENJOY!
