No-Bake Fruitarian Cake

Ingredients

Dates 6 Ounce , chopped (170 gram)
Apricots 6 Ounce , chopped (115 gram)
Cashews 2 Ounce , milled (55 gram)
Sunflower seeds/Chopped nuts 1 Ounce (30 gram, any kind)
Millet flakes/Desiccated coconut 2 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed)

Directions

MAKING

1) Take a pastry blender and blend together nuts, fruits and seeds. Pound the ingredients with a potato masher or heavy wooden spoon.

2) Flatten the mixture and roll in desiccated coconut or millet flakes.

SERVING

3) Cut into pieces and serve.
