Microwave Surprise Pudding Cake

Ingredients

Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Cocoa powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons)
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped nuts 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 2 Tablespoon
Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Boiling hot water 1 1/2

Directions

GETTING READY

1) In a bowl, mix well flour,sugar,baking powder,salt and 2 tablespoons cocoa.

2) In another dish, stir in milk,oil and Vanilla.

MAKING

3) Now gently add the liquid ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients.

4) Butter a baking dish.

5) Pour the batter into dish.

6) Sprinkle mixed cocoa and brown sugar over the batter.

7) Pour the boiling water over the batter.

FINALIZING

8) Cook on ROAST(7) for upto 10 minutes until the pudding cake seems set and dry on the surface.

9) Remove and cool.

SERVING

10) Can beserved warm or cool
