|Fresh strawberries||3 Cup (48 tbs) , quartered|
|Maple syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Plain low fat yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) , divided|
1) In a bowl, add strawberries and maple syrup and refrigerate for 2 hours.
2) After 1 hour, take out and toss well and refrigerate again.
3) Cut the shortcakes crosswise.
4) Top the berries on the bottom halves and place back the top half.
5) Garnish each shortcake with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and serve.
