Southern Banana Cake

Fresh, Southern Banana Cake! This cake is def. one of my favorites!! It bakes up so fluffy and moist thanks to the generous helping of buttermilk and bananas!

NOTE The correct baking temperature is 275 F. In the video I said 325 F.

I frost this cake with cream cheese frosting but you can go with chocolate as well. I just really love the tang of cream cheese frosting with the banana flavor and pecans! Its amazing!!

If youre looking for another way to use up black bananas beside banana bread, then you HAVE to give this cake a try! Dont even think about making this and having it sitting around though. You WILL eat the entire thing. Just "dont do it Miss Sophia. Make it and SHARE!

Fresh lemon juice 2 Teaspoon

Baking soda 1 1/2 Teaspoon
