All purpose flour 2 1/4 Cup (36 tbs) (285g)
Milk/Buttermilk 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Rainbow sprinkles 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (160ml, plus extra for decorating)
For the vanilla frosting:
Softened unsalted butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (110g)
Confectioners sugar 4 Cup (64 tbs) (480g)
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (60ml)
