No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake

A medley of biscuits, hazelnuts, Nutella and a whole lot of chocolate form a decadent chocolate fridge cake. Bonus: No oven required.


Topping 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (Digestive biscuits/plain cookies, crushed and Chopped hazelnuts)
For the cake:
Digestive biscuits/Plain cookies 2 Cup (32 tbs) , crumbled (200 g)
Hazelnuts 4 Ounce , chopped (100g, I like to toast them but toasting is optional)
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (115 g)
Chocolate 4 Ounce (115 g, a combination of milk and dark works best)
Heavy cream 2 Tablespoon
Chocolate hazelnut spread 4 Tablespoon (such as Nutella (optional))
For the chocolate hazelnut ganache:
Heavy cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 ml, can be ¼ cup for a thicker glaze)
Chocolate 4 Ounce , chopped (115g, combo of milk and dark)
Chocolate hazelnut spread 4 Tablespoon (optional)
