Chocolate Mug Cake - Single Serve Deliciousness In 5 minutes!

This Gluten Free Chocolate Mug Cake from G-Free Foodie is ready in just 5 minutes, whipped cream is optional, but encouraged!


Butter/Coconut oil 1 Tablespoon
Gluten free flour blend 3 Tablespoon (Manini's)
Granulated sugar 4 Teaspoon , divided
Cocoa powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Baking powder 1/8 Teaspoon
Vanilla bean paste 1 Teaspoon (gluten free)
Egg 1
Chocolate chips 2 Tablespoon (+ a few for the top, optional)
Whipped cream/Ice cream 1 Tablespoon



Microwave butter in a mug for 30-40 seconds.

Once it melts, add remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and mix well.

Fold in chocolate chips and microwave for 2 minutes.

Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate chips on it.
