10 Minute Microwave Chocolate Fudge Cake is a super fast, easy to make dessert. A moist chocolate cake smothered with a delectable chocolate sauce. Takes about 10 minutes total to make - give it a go!
|Castor sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Super Fine White Sugar)|
|Self raising flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cocoa powder||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||3/4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter||125 Gram , melted (plus little extra for greasing)|
|Dark chocolate||180 Gram|
|Whipping cream||1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Grease cake pan with butter and keep it ready.
In a bowl, combine sifted sugar, flour, cocoa powder and mix well.
Add eggs, milk, butter and mix well to combine.
Transfer to cake pan and pop into microwave.
Cook for 6-7 minutes in medium to high setting.
Once done, allow to cool completely.
In a jar, combine dark chocolate, cream and microwave until well melted. Stir in between.
Pour the sauce over cake.
Serve and enjoy!
