No Bake Pineapple Cream Cake

No Bake Pineapple Cream Cake is a delicious no-fuss dessert that takes only minutes to prepare. Condensed Milk is combined with lemon juice, crushed pineapple and whipped cream, then poured onto a cookie base. Chilled until firm, this gorgeous cake will become an instant hit in your house - give it a go!


Sweet cookies 200 Gram , crushed
Butter 100 Gram
Canned sweetened condensed milk 400 Gram (1 can)
Lemon juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 ml)
Canned crushed pineapple 400 Gram , drained (1 can)
Whipping cream 300 Milliliter
Cooking spray 1



Grease and line springform pan with parchment paper.



In a bowl, combine crushed cookies, butter and stir well.

Transfer the mixture to pan and press well.

Refrigerate for a while.

In a bowl, combine condensed milk, lemon juice, crushed pineapple and mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks.

Add the cream to pineapple mixture and stir well.

Spread over the chilled crust and refrigerate for minimum 3-4 hours.
