For cinnamon mixture: | ||
Softened butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
Cinnamon | 1 Tablespoon | |
Nuts | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (optional, I've used walnuts) | |
For cream cheese glaze: | ||
Powdered sugar | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Butter | 1 Tablespoon | |
Cream cheese | 2 Tablespoon | |
Milk | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F/ 180°C.
Grease baking pan with butter and keep it ready.
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla and mix well.
Once done, add melted butter and mix well.
Pour the batter into baking pan.
For cinnamon mixture, combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, nuts in a bowl and mix well. Place mounds of mixture on surface of cake.
Pop into oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
For glaze, in a bowl, cream together cream cheese, butter, vanilla and mix well.
Add sugar and milk alternatively and mix well. Drizzle over cake once cooled.
