How to Make White Chocolate Mud Cake

Impress with my perfect White Chocolate Mud cake, moist, rich, melt in your mouth! Excellent for carving, stacking and suitable for any occasion!


Butter 250 Gram
Caster sugar 400 Gram
White chocolate 145 Gram
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Plain flour 225 Gram
Self rising flour 85 Gram
Eggs 2
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon



1. Preheat the oven to 320 F.

2. Line baking dish with parchment paper.


3. Melt butter on low heat. Pour milk and bring it to the same temperature as butter.

4. Drop in sugar and whisk to dissolve it in.

5. Add white chocolates. Let it dissolve, stir in vanilla extract. Turn off the heat.

6. Sift in all purpose flour and self raising flour a little at a time, whisking constantly. Add eggs and mix them in. The batter is all ready now.

7. Pour the batter into the baking dish. Cover with aluminium foil, poke holes into the foil.

8. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for about 90 minutes. Remove the foil and let the cake cook further for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done.

9. Let it cool for a bit. Invert over a wire rack and let it cool completely.


10. Slice and serve or decorate it as you like and make it even more fabulous.
