How to make the Best Ever Super Moist Chocolate Cake

This 'Super Moist Chocolate Cake' recipe that will please everyone! Best of all you can prepare the entire mixture in the 1 pan - how about that!!! Chocolatey, moist and rich, this is hands down the best and easiest chocolate cake you'll ever make - try it!


Milk 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Superfine sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Caster Sugar)
Dark cooking chocolate 150 Gram
Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Butter 250 Gram
Plain flour 250 Gram , sifted
Soda bi carb 1 Teaspoon
Eggs 2



1. Melt butter in a pan. Add milk to it and whisk it all together. Bring everything to same temperature.

2. Add sugar and let it dissolve. Drop in dark chocolate and wait until everything is completely melted.

3. Continue to stir and cook at gentle heat. Drop in cocoa powder and whisk it in the mixture until all lumps disappear.

4. Leave the mixture on the stove top to cool to room temperature.

5. Add sifted flour and bicard soda in two batches, whisking to eliminate any lumps.

6. Finally beat in eggs until well incorporated.

7. Bake at 320 F preheated oven for about 90 minutes.

8. Cool it down for sometime in the cake tin.

9. Invert it over wire cake.


10. Ice it or eat it all by itself. Enjoy!!
