Sour cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
Sifted powdered sugar | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Fresh strawberries | 250 Gram , hulled and sliced ((1 pint, for topping)) |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat the oven to 350C.
2.Grease pan and keep it ready.
MAKING:
3.In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.
4.In a mixer, cream together butter with sugar. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla and mix well.
5.Add flour mixture and mix until ingredients combine.
6.Fold in blueberries and mix well.
7.Transfer to pan and pop into oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
8.Once done, allow to cool. For frosting, whip cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth.
9.Spread frosting over cake and garnish with strawberries.
