Red White And Blueberry Cake

Festive blueberry cake with cream cheese icing and strawberries on top! This will be a huge hit at your Fourth of July party! Use fresh or frozen blueberries to make this cake, then decorate with fresh strawberries for a red, white, and blue dessert that tastes even better than it looks.


Softened butter 4 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Eggs 3
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Flour 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs)
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Wild blueberries 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) ((frozen))
Cream cheese 8 Ounce
Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Sifted powdered sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Fresh strawberries 250 Gram , hulled and sliced ((1 pint, for topping))



1.Preheat the oven to 350C.

2.Grease pan and keep it ready.


3.In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and mix well.

4.In a mixer, cream together butter with sugar. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla and mix well.

5.Add flour mixture and mix until ingredients combine.

6.Fold in blueberries and mix well.

7.Transfer to pan and pop into oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes.

8.Once done, allow to cool. For frosting, whip cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar until smooth.

9.Spread frosting over cake and garnish with strawberries.


10.Serve and enjoy!
